Ballad work term: June 30 - July 25, with opportunity for extension
Details and job roles are very flexible, you can literally "build your own job." Formal job descriptions are to follow in the upcoming weeks, as they are developed.
Unlike big firms, startups don’t follow rigid recruiting timelines. They move fast, hire year-round, and rely more on real conversations than ATS black holes. That means if you’re proactive, you can land something amazing before the crowd even shows up.

Hi Jigyasa,
At this moment I have three open roles/positions.
https://bitcompact.com/pages/inventory-analyst
https://bitcompact.com/pages/e-commerce-associate-digital-marketing-and-amazon-fba-specialist
And a position for a bookkeeper, for which I will need to write a job description. Ideally there is someone available (an eCommerce generalist/Logistics coordinator) who can run my Amazon, Shopify and eBay store and free me up for other responsibilities.
If I'm eligible to participate in the FSCL Program than I am happy to partake and offer the following:
- Work Experience: The practicum is an optional part of the course where employers have the opportunity to employ a participant for up to 2-4 weeks probationary period with pre-arranged WCB coverage from Ballad at no cost to the employer. When the practicum is completed the employer has the option to extend an offer of employment at their discretion.
- Recruitment: Employer partners get the first opportunity to recruit certified and talented graduates.
Over the next few weeks I will work on improving the job descriptions.
